Having technically existed for the past seven years, Nektan was always established with a view to exploiting white label mobile gaming opportunities and arguably didn’t come into its own until this industry first began to boom. In July 2013 Nektan acquired Mfuse limited, a mobile technology and services business, which enabled the company to inherit Mfuse’s existing mobile gaming platform.

Following development, this platform was used to launch Nektan’s first own-brand real money gaming casino, Chomp Casino, and the first white label partner went live in May 2014. A further joint venture agreement with Spin Games LLC enabled Nektan to target the US land-based casino market through in-venue mobile technology, with the partnership proving a great success for both parties.

In November 2014, Nektan’s admission to AIM (formerly the Alternative Investment Market) helped further enhance their growing profile and cemented their credibility with major partners. Naturally, joining AIM provided increased investment and commercial opportunities for the company and this has gone a long way to supporting their growth and development plans moving into the new year.
